Jalapeņo Tortillas

Makes 3 cupsCowboy Cooking Recipes from AlansKitchen.com

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 - container (6-ounces) soft cream cheese

  • 1 - Jalapeņo chile, minced

  • 4 - four tortillas (10-inches)

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, I add the cream cheese and Jalapeno.  In a large ungreased skilled over low temperature, heat your tortillas, one at a time until soft.  You want to keep them from cracking when you roll the tortillas.

  2. With your small spatula, spread the Jalapeņo-cream cheese evenly over one side of each soft tortilla.  Roll up each tortilla with the Jalapeņo mixture on the inside.

  3. Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.  Cut into 1 inch pieces.  Place on serving plate and serve.
