The Palace Grapefruit

2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 cup grapefruit juice
- 4 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 ounces tequila (option)
Directions:
- Beat the egg yolks, then stir in
the grapefruit juice, honey, and salt. Beat the egg whites
until stiff.
- Fold into the juice mixture, mix
well, and serve in chilled glasses, sprinkled with nutmeg.
- Note: This cooling hot - weather
drink improved, to the taste of many, by the addition of 2
ounces of tequila per serving.
