Blue Blazer in Mug

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 ounces bourbon whiskey
• 1-1/2 ounces boiling water
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• lemon peel

Directions:

1. Into a mug (porcelain, pewter, or silver), pour the whiskey. In another mug, add the water and sugar.
2. Ignite the whiskey and, while burning, mix the two by pouring back and forth several times.
3. Pour into a 4-ounce cup or glass and serve with a twist of lemon peel.
