Buck’s Graham Muffins
Makes
12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 cup graham flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, sift together the flour,
sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix in the egg and milk.
- Beat until well blended.
- Grease muffin pans and bake for 25
minutes.
