Hashknife Double Fudge Brownies
Makes 24 (2 1/4x2 1/8-inch) brownies

Ingredients:

• 1 - cup butter, softened
• 4 - eggs
• 2 - cup sugar
• 1 - cup cocoa
• 1 - cup all-purpose flour
• 1 - cup chopped pecans
• 1 - cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325° F. and greased & flour a 12x9-inch pan.

1. Using the large electric mixer bowl, add the butter and cream at medium speed. 
2. Then add the eggs, one at a time, and continue to beat until well beaten.
3. Slowly add the sugar, cocoa, flour, pecans, and chocolate chips. You want your mixture smooth.
4. Then spread the mixture into the pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. 
5. To check for doneness, just place a toothpick in the middle and you want it to come out clean.
