Quick & Easy Texas Cake with Fudge

Ingredients:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease
1015-inch jellyroll pan.

In a large bowl, you want to combine
sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in sour cream and
eggs. In a heavy saucepan over medium heat,
melt butter.

Whisk in 1-cup water and cocoa.
Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Remove from heat. Stir cocoa
mixture into flour mixture. Pour into jellyroll pan.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a
wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Spread frosting over warm cake.

- 1/2 - cup butter or margarine
- 1/3 - cup milk
- 1/4 - cup cocoa
- 1 package (1-pound) powdered sugar
- 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt
butter. Whisk in milk and cocoa. Bring
mixture to boil.

Remove from heat. Gradually add
sugar; stirring until smooth, stir in vanilla.
Alan's Kitchen Tip:
To thin frosting, add
1 to 2 Tablespoons milk.
