Makes Its Own Crust Custard Pie

1 (9-inch) pie

Baking Time: 40 to 45 min
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 can (13-ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3 Tablespoon melted margarine
- Ground nutmeg to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour a
9-inch glass pie pan.
- In a blender, combine, eggs, evaporated milk,
sugar, flour, margarine, and nutmeg.
- Blend to 30 seconds.
- Pour into pie pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes
or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Pie will rise but will settle as it cools and
forms a light crust.
