Makes Its Own Crust Custard Pie

Prep Time: 20 min
Baking Time: 40 to 45 min

Ingredients:

  • 3  eggs
  • 1  can (13-ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1  cup sugar
  • 3  Tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 3  Tablespoon melted margarine
  •     Ground nutmeg to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour a 9-inch glass pie pan.

  1. In a blender, combine, eggs, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, margarine, and nutmeg.
  2. Blend to 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into pie pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Pie will rise but will settle as it cools and forms a light crust.
