Round-up Peach Bread Pudding

Ingredients:Cowboy Cooking Recipes from AlansKitchen.com

  • 4 - cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1/2 - cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 - cup butter
  • 4 - cups cubed day old bread
  • 1/4 - cup sugar
  • 1/4 - teaspoon cinnamon

Direction:

Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.

1) In a 1-1/2 quart baking dish, combine peaches and brown sugar.

2) In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add bread cubes, sugar, and cinnamon. Toss together until cubes are well coated.

3) Spread over fruit and bake for 25 minutes or heated through.
