Smiley’s Corn and Salmon Loaf
1 - can (#1) salmon
1 - can (#2)
1 - cup fine bread or cracker crumbs
1 - cup milk
1 - Tablespoon melted butter
- teaspoon lemon juice
To taste - salt and pepper
1) Remove bones and skin from salmon. In a
bowl, combine salmon, corn, fine bread or cracker crumbs, eggs,
milk, melted butter, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake in 325-degress F. oven
for 50 to 60 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
