Laredo Rib
Eye Steak

Grilling Time: 16 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 - pounds rib eye steak
(4 steaks 1-inch thick)
- 1/4 - teaspoon salt
- 1/4 - teaspoon pepper
- 2 - Tablespoon extra
virgin olive oil
- 1 - clove garlic,
crushed
Directions:
Prepare a medium fire in
your grill.
- Blend the olive oil and
garlic in small bowl. Brush the garlic oil on
both sides of the steaks.
- Lightly sprinkle the
steak with pepper. I leave the salt off until the last.
Place the steaks on a well oiled grill.
- Grill uncovered for 14
to 16 minutes. Turn the steaks about every 5 minutes.
Your steaks should be medium done.
- Take steaks off the
grill and cover loosely with foil. Let the
steak's rest for 3 minutes before serving.
