  • 38 - saltine crackers (1-sleeve)(crushed)
  • 1-1/2 - cups all-purpose flour (divided)
  • 1/2 - teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 - teaspoons freshly ground black pepper (divided)
  • 1/2 - teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 4-3/4 - cups milk (divided)
  • 2 - large eggs
  • 3-1/2 - cups peanut oil

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle 1/4-teaspon salt and 1/4-teaspoon pepper over steaks and set aside.  In a large mixing bowl, add cracker crumbs, 1-cup flour, baking powder, 1-teasooon salt, 1/2-teaspoon black pepper, and red pepper.  Mix.
