Wild West Rancho Filet Mignon

Ingredients:Cowboy Cooking Recipes from AlansKitchen.com

4 - filet mignons (6 to 8 ozs.)
Smoke’s Secret Spice Rub (see recipes)
The Texan’s Garlic Oil Marinade (see recipes)

Direction:

1) Rub the filet mignon with Smoke’s Secret Spice Rub.

2) In a glass bowl or plastic bag marinate the steaks in The Texan’s Garlic Oil Marinade for about 4 hours in the refrigerator or over night. Turn once.

3) Get the charcoal started.

4) Remove the steaks from the marinade, and lightly pat off excess oil.

5) Over high heat, place steaks. Grill until desired doneness.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
