North Fork Creamed Potatoes
Makes 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients:

• 2 - Tablespoons butter
• 1 - Tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 3 - cups milk
• 6 - boiled potatoes, diced
• 1 - cooked green bell pepper, diced
• 1/2 - teaspoon salt
• 1/4 - teaspoon pepper
• 1 - teaspoon celery seed

Directions:

1. In a large saucepan, combine the butter, flour, and milk. 
2. Add the potatoes and bell peppers to the saucepan.
3. Add in the salt, and pepper, and simmer 5 minutes or until warm.
4. Sprinkle celery seed and serve.
