Prep Time: 15 min
Baking Time: 1 hr

Ingredients:

  • 1 - large package frozen hash born potatoes

  • 1 - pound Velveeta cheese, chunked

  • 1 - pound carton sour cream

  • 1 - can cream of chicken soup

  • Chopped frozen onions to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.

  1. In a 9x13-inch baking pan, mix potatoes, cheese, sour cream, soup, and onions.  Bake, covered for one hour. (After 30 minutes, stir to mix.)

  2. Last 15 minutes, remove the cover to lightly brown the top and to help thicken the mixture.

  3. Don't let it get too thick as you want it to be a little soupy.
