Shotgun Marinade Vegetables

Prep Time: 15 min
Chilling Time: 3 hrs or overnight
Ingredients:
- Marinade
- 1 - cup vinegar
- 1 - cup sugar
- 1 - teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 - cup oil
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 1 - can (#2) English peas
- 1 - can (#2) French cut green beans
- 1 - stalk celery, chopped
- 1 - can (small) pimiento, chopped
- 1 - small onion, cut and separated into rings.
Directions:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, vanilla, oil, and
salt.
- In a large bowl, add peas, green bean, celery, pimiento, and onion.
- Pour marinade over vegetables.
- Chill for several hours or overnight.
