Green Chile Chili

Ingredients:Cowboy Cooking Recipes from AlansKitchen.com

2 - pounds lean ground beef
To taste - salt and pepper
2 - Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 - cans (15 oz. each) chili, without beans
1-1/2 - cans (16 oz. each) stewed tomatoes
1-1/2 - cans (15 oz. each) kidney beans, drained
1 - can (11 oz.) corn
1 - green chile, peeled, seeded, and chopped
To taste - salt

Directions:

1.  In a bowl, season beef with salt and pepper and form into 24 balls.

2.  In a skillet, heat oil. Brown meatballs well, turning several times.  Drain excessive fat.

3.  Stir in chili, tomatoes, kidney beans, and corn.  Bring mixture to a boil slowly, stirring several times.

4.  Add chile pepper and salt.  Simmer for 15 minutes.
