Open Range Tomato-Celery Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 2 - Tablespoons melted butter or margarine
- 1 - can (10-1/2 ounces) tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 - soup can water
- 1 - teaspoon minced parsley
- 1/2 - cup finely chopped celery
- 1 - Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 - teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 - teaspoon salt
- 1/8 - teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- In a saucepan, saut� onion in butter until
tender.
- Add soup, water, parsley, celery, lemon juice,
sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
