Cowboy’s Daring Beer Stew
3/4 - cup flour
To taste - salt
3 - pounds lean beef chuck, cubed
1/2 - cup
1/4 - tomato paste
1/8 - teaspoon thyme
- teaspoon dry minced garlic
6 - parsley sprigs, chopped
3 - cups beer
6 to 8 - medium carrots, cut into
3 - large onions, diced
Hot, cooked egg noodles
1) In a large plastic bag, add flour, salt,
and pepper. Add meat and shake to coat meat evenly.
