Ingredients
- 1/3 - cup butter or margarine
- 1/3 - cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 - cup honey
- 1/2 - teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 - cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1-1/3 - cups Sweetened Coconut
Flakes
- 1/2 - cup raisins
- 1 - cup Reese’s Peanut Butter
Chips or Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. and
grease 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter
and remove from heat.
- Stir in brown sugar, honey and
vanilla.
- Add oats, coconut, raisings, and
chips. Stir until blended.
- Press mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until
golden brown.
- Cool completely in pan on wire
rack and cut into bars.
