Hawaiian Bars

- cup margarine, softened

- cup sugar

- eggs, beaten

- ripe banana, mashed

- cup all-purpose flour

- teaspoon baking soda

- can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained

- teaspoon salt

1/4
- cup powdered sugar

1/4
- cup flaked coconut
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Use vegetable
cooking spray to coat 13x9-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, add margarine and
sugar. Beat together until light and fluffy.
- Next, fold in eggs, banana, flour,
baking soda, pineapple and salt until just mixed.
- Pour into baking pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar and coconut
over top.
- Cut into bars.
