Brownie Caramel Pecan Bars

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.)

- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Caramel Topping, at room
- 1 cup pecan pieces
Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Line
9-inch square baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges of
