Truffle Dessert Brownies

- 1-1/4 cups (2-1/2 sticks) butter
- 3/4 cup SPECIAL
cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar, divided
Tablespoons all-purpose flour
teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 425-degrees F. Grease bottom
of 9-inch square baking pan.
In a medium
saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Add cocoa and
1 cup sugar; stir well.
