- cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats

- cup chopped peanuts

- cup (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips

- Tablespoon quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
Directions
Preheat
oven to 350° F.

In
a mixing bowl, crush cereal. In a large mixing
bowl, add granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter,
vanilla and eggs in large bowl.

Stir
in flour, cereal, 3/4-cup oats, the baking soda,
baking powder and salt.

Stir
in 3/4 cup of the peanuts and 2/3 cup of the
chocolate chips.

Spread
in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2
inches.

Sprinkle
with remaining 1/4-cup peanuts, remaining 1/3
cup chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons
oats.

Bake
25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool
completely for about 1 hour.
