Brian’s Best Brownies
Makes about 36 brownies
Ingredients
Prep Time: 15 min.
Cooking Time: 2 to 2-1/2 min.
Baking Time: 30 to 35 min.
- 2 - teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 - teaspoon salt

1 - cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine

2 - cups sugar
-
3/4 - cup Cocoa or Dutch Processed Cocoa

1 - cup nuts, chopped

4 eggs
-
1/2 - teaspoon baking powder

1 - cup all-purpose flour
Directions
Heat oven to
350° F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking
pan.
- In large microwave-safe
bowl, add the butter. Microwave at HIGH (100%) for 2
to 2-1/2 minutes or until melted.
- Next, stir in your
sugar and vanilla.
- Now, add the eggs, one at a time,
beating well with spoon after each addition.
- Next, add cocoa and beat until well blended.
- Now,
add your flour, baking powder and salt; beat well.

Finally, stir in the nuts and pour the batter into
your prepared pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until brownies begin to
pull away from sides of pan.
- Cool completely in pan
on wire rack. Cut into bars.
