  • 1 - package Brownie mix (19.9 ounces)

  • 3 - eggs (large) (at room temperature), lightly beaten

  • 1 - stick unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 - cup milk

  • 16 - miniature peanut butter cups, paper wrappers removed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350� F and butter and flour 9-inch square baking pan.

  1. Into a large mixing bowl, add the brownie mix, eggs, butter, and milk. Stir until smooth. 

  2. Pour batter into pan and make sure to spread into corners. 

  3. Press the peanut butter cups into the batter. 

  4. You want them to be center of the brownie when cut (4 x 4). 

  5. You want the cups to be even with the batter. 

  6. Place in oven and bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in the center. 

  7. Place on wire rack and cool for 30 minutes.
