One Bowl Cake

- cup all-purpose flour
2
- cup granulated sugar
1/2
- cup cocoa
2
- teaspoons baking soda
1
- teaspoon salt
1/2
- cup corn oil
2
- Tablespoon white vinegar
2
- teaspoons vanilla extract
2
- cups cold water
Preheat oven to
350� F. Lightly grease
9-inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing
bowl, sift together
the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
- Using a wooden spoon, make three wells
in the dry ingredients.
- Pour oil in one hole, vinegar in
another and vanilla in the third.
- Pour cold water over top and mix until
well combined.
- Pour into baking pan and bake on
center rack for 45 minutes or until springy when lightly touched in
the center.
