Butterscotch Spice Cookies
The aroma and old fashioned flavor of this
cookie recipe will take you back to grandma's house.
 Makes
about 3 dozen cookies
Prep time: 8 min.
Baking time: 10 min.
Ingredients:
- 1 - package Deluxe Spice Cake Mix
- 2 - large eggs
- 1/2 - cup vegetable oil
- 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 - cup butterscotch chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and vanilla extract in large
bowl.
- Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended.
- Stir in butterscotch chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls
2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at for 8 to 10 minutes, or until set.
- Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets. Remove to cooling racks.
- Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
Alan's Kitchen Tip
- Bake on only one oven rack at a time. Use cookie sheets
with few or no sides
