Pebbles Crispies Cookies
Makes About 4 doz. cookies or 24 servings, two cookies each

Ingredients

• 1 - package (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
• 1/2 - cup oil
• 1/4 - cup water
• 1 - large egg
• 3 - cups Post Fruity or Cocoa Pebbles Cereal

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

1. In large bowl, beat cake mix, oil, water and egg with wooden spoon until well blended.
2. Add cereal; mix well.
3. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
4. Bake 11 min. or just until cookies begin to brown.
5. Cool on wire racks.
