Easy Vanilla Frosting Sandwich Cookies

asy Vanilla Frosting Sandwich CookiesPrep Time: 40 min.
Start to Finish: 1 hr.

Ingredients

  • 1 - roll (16.5 ounces) Pillsbury® Create n' Bake™ refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
  • 1 - cup vanilla frosting (from 1-1b container frosting)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Shape roll of dough into 32 (1-inch) balls; on ungreased cookie sheets, place balls 2 inches apart.

  1. Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown.
  2. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
  3. Cool completely, about 10 minutes.
  4. For each sandwich cookie, spread 1 tablespoon frosting on bottom of 1 cookie.
  5. Top with second cookie, bottom side down; press together gently.
  6. If desired, sprinkle frosting with decorator sprinkles.
  7. Store loosely covered.
