Chewy Coconut Oatmeal Drops
Makes about 5 dozen cookies
Ingredients

3/4 - cups (1-1/2 sticks) butter or
margarine, softened

3/4 - cup granulated sugar

3/4 - cup packed light brown sugar

2 - eggs
-
1 - teaspoon vanilla extract

2 - cups all-purpose flour
-
1 - teaspoon baking soda
-
1/2 - teaspoon salt
-
2 - cups Mounds Sweetened Coconut
Flakes

1-1/2 - cups quick-cooking or regular
rolled oats
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.

In large bowl on medium speed of
mixer, add butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar.

Beat until well blended.

Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Stir together flour, baking soda and
salt; add to butter mixture, beating until blended.

Stir in coconut and oats (batter will
be thick).

Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased
cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges
are lightly browned.

Cool slightly; remove from cookie
sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
