Almond CinnaRasin
and Banana Cookies
Makes
about 30 cookies
Ingredients
- 2 - extra-ripe, medium Bananas

3/4 - cup packed brown sugar

1/2 - cup vegetable oil

1 - egg
-
1 - teaspoon vanilla extract

2 - cups all-purpose flour

1 - teaspoon baking powder
-
1 - teaspoon baking soda
-
1/4 - teaspoon salt

1 - package (9 ounce) CinnaRaisins

1/2 - cup Almonds, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F, and grease baking sheets.
- Cut up bananas into blender or food processor container.
- Cover;
blend until smooth.
- In large bowl, add sugar, oil and egg.
- Mix
thoroughly. Beat in bananas and vanilla.
- In medium bowl, sift
together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Then beat
into banana mixture until blended.
- Stir in raisins and almonds.

Drop by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at for 12
to 15 minutes or until light brown.
- Remove to wire racks to cool.
