Almond CinnaRasin and Banana Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 - extra-ripe, medium Bananas
  • 3/4 - cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 - cup vegetable oil
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 - cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 - teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 - teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 - teaspoon salt
  • 1 - package (9 ounce) CinnaRaisins
  • 1/2 - cup Almonds, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F, and grease baking sheets.

  1. Cut up bananas into blender or food processor container. 
  2. Cover; blend until smooth. 
  3. In large bowl, add sugar, oil and egg. 
  4. Mix thoroughly. Beat in bananas and vanilla. 
  5. In medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 
  6. Then beat into banana mixture until blended. 
  7. Stir in raisins and almonds. 
  8. Drop by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheets. 
  9. Bake at for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown. 
  10. Remove to wire racks to cool.
