Apple Raisin Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies

Makes about 4 dozenCookie Recipes from Alan' s Kitchen

Ingredients

Cooking Directions:

I preheat my oven to 350-degrees F.

  1. In a mixing bowl, I sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  2. In my electric mixer, I add the butter, brown sugar, egg, apple juice, and vanilla.  I beat at medium speed until mixture becomes creamy.

  3. I add in the flour mixture and continue to beat until well mixed.

  4. Next, I add in the oats.

  5. Then I add in the cinnamon chips, apple and raisins.  I continue to mix until ingredients are well mixed.

  6. With a teaspoon, I drop dough onto a ungreased cookie sheets.  I space the dough 2 inches apart.

  7. Now, I pop the cookies into the oven and bake 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.

  8. I remove cookies from the oven and allow cooling for 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.  I place the cookies on a wire rack to completely cool.
