Peanut Butter Cookies
Makes 54 cookies.

1 - package yellow or butter recipe yellow cake mix
1/3 - cup water
1 - cup creamy peanut butter
2 - eggs
Sugar

• In large bowl, add 1/2 cake mix, water, peanut butter and eggs. 
• With electric mixer on medium speed, beat until smooth, or mix with spoon. 
• Stir in remaining cake mix. 
  
• Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. 
• Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in sugar. 
  
• Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. 
• Cool 1 minute and remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
