Peanut Butter and
Macadamia Cookies
Makes about 36

Ingredients

2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 - teaspoon baking powder
1 - teaspoon baking soda
1 - teaspoon salt
1-1/2 - cups creamy or chunky peanut
butter
1 - cup margarine, softened
1 - cup granulated sugar
1 - cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 - teaspoon vanilla extract
2 - large eggs, slightly beaten
1 - package (12 ounces) white morsels
1-1/3 - cups macadamia nuts, coarsely
chopped
Directions
I preheat my
oven to 350° F.
- In a small bowl, first add the
flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add in
the peanut butter, margarine, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla.

Beat mixture until creamy with an electric mixer.
- Add eggs and mix
until well blended.
- Gradually add flour mixture.
- Stir in morsels
and nuts.
- Drop your batter by rounded
tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet, 1-1/2 inches apart.

You want to bake for 15-16 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes on cookie
sheet.
- Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
