Fruit Loops Confetti Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 3 - cups KELLOGG'S FRUIT LOOPS cereal
• 1 - package (18 1/2-ounces) white or yellow cake mix
• Powdered Sugar Icing
  • 3 - Tablespoons half-and-half
  • 2 - cups sifted powdered sugar
  • Food coloring (optional)

Directions

1. Prepare cake batter according to package directions.
2. Fold in KELLOGG'S FRUIT LOOPS cereal.
3. Line 30 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups with paper baking cups. Fill cups 2/3 full.
4. Bake according to package directions. Remove from oven. Cool.
5. Prepare Powdered Sugar Icing; measure half-and-half and powdered sugar into small mixing bowl.
6. Stir until smooth. Add food coloring to obtain desired color. Stir until well blended.
7. Frost cupcakes with icing and decorate with whole KELLOGG'S FRUIT LOOPS cereal.
