Gingered Fruit
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
1 - cup sour cream or crème fraiche
1/2 - cup whipping cream, whipped
3 - Tablespoon honey
1 - teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 - banana, sliced
1 - Tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
1 - jar (24 ounce) tropical mixed fruit, drained
2 - kiwifruits, peeled and quartered
- In a small bowl, add the sour cream, whipped cream, honey and ginger.

Mix and keep aside.
- To prevent browning, moisten banana with lemon juice.

In a bowl, add banana with tropical mixed fruit, and kiwi.
- Serve with
dollop of ginger cream.
