Peachy Fruit Crisp
Makes 6 Servings.

2 - cans (15 or 15-1/4 oz.) sliced peaches in heavy or Lite syrup, drained
2 - (individual serving) packages (about 1.6 ounce each) cinnamon and spice instant oatmeal, uncooked
1/3 - cup flour
1/2 - cup chopped walnuts
1/3 - cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 425 F. Butter 8-inch baking dish.

  • Pour peaches into baking dish. 
  • In medium mixing bowl, add instant oatmeal, flour and nuts. 
  • Mix ingredients. 
  • Next, stir in butter. 
  • Sprinkle over peaches. 
  • Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. 
  • Serve over ice cream, if desired.
