Peachy Fruit Crisp
Makes 6 Servings.
2 - cans (15 or 15-1/4 oz.) sliced peaches in heavy or Lite syrup,
drained
2 - (individual serving) packages (about 1.6 ounce each)
cinnamon and spice instant oatmeal, uncooked
1/3 - cup flour
1/2 - cup chopped walnuts
1/3 - cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 425° F. Butter 8-inch baking dish.
- Pour peaches into baking dish.
- In medium mixing bowl, add instant
oatmeal, flour and nuts.
- Mix ingredients.
- Next, stir in butter.
- Sprinkle
over peaches.
- Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve over ice cream,
if desired.
