Classic Cherry-Nut FudgePrep Time: 15 min
Total Time: 6 hrs.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 package (12 squares) Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans or your favorite nuts
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped dried cherries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Spray foil-lined 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.

  1. Place chocolate in medium saucepan.
  2. Add milk and cook on low heat 8 to 10 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  3. Add peanut butter, pecans, cherries, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Spread immediately into prepared pan.
  5. Refrigerate 6 hours or until set.
  6. Store leftover fudge in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
