Total Time: 2 hrs.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 4 squares Baker�s Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, melted
  • 2 or 3 drop peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Directions

Grease 8-inch square baking pan.

  1. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
  2. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended.
  3. Add chocolate, peppermint extract and 1/4 cup peppermint candies; mix well.
  4. Spread into 8-inch square pan.
  5. Top with remaining 1/4 cup peppermint.
  6. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Cut into 1-inch squares to serve.
