Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) Cream
Cheese, softened
- 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 4 squares Baker’s Unsweetened
Baking Chocolate, melted
- 2 or 3 drop peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint
candies
Directions
Grease 8-inch square baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl
with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- Gradually add sugar, beating
until well blended.
- Add chocolate, peppermint
extract and 1/4 cup peppermint candies; mix well.
- Spread into 8-inch square pan.
- Top with remaining 1/4 cup
peppermint.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until
firm.
- Cut into 1-inch squares to
serve.
