Cream Cheese Marshmallow Fudge

Ingredients

• 1 - package (8 ounces) Cream Cheese, softened
• 4 - cups sifted powdered sugar
• 4 - squares Baker’s Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, melted
• 1/2 - cup chopped Walnuts
• 1 - teaspoon vanilla
• 1 - cup Miniature Marshmallows

Directions

1. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
2. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended.
3. Add chocolate, walnuts, and vanilla; mix well.
4. Mix marshmallows in chocolate mixture.
5. Spread into 8-inch square pan.
6. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
7. Cut into 1-inch squares to serve.
