Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

- cup butter

4 - cups sugar

1 - cup milk, room temperature

25 - large marshmallows (grated)

1 - package Semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 ounces)

1 - package Milk chocolate chips (11-1/2 ounces)

2 - squares unsweetened chocolate
Directions:

In large deep pan, melt butter
over medium heat.

Add sugar and milk and stir
until blended together.

Add marshmallows.

When completely melted, boil
for a full fine minutes.

Take off heat and add the
semi-sweet chips. Stir thoroughly, until melted.

Add milk chocolate chips and
stir thoroughly.

Mixture will start to become
harder to stir.

Add the grated unsweetened
chocolate.

Be sure to stir until all
chocolate is melted.

Pour into 9 x 13-inch
pan.

Cover and cool. Cut into
squares.
