Fudge Recipes from AlansKitchen.comIngredients

  • 3-1/3 - cups (1-1/2 10-ounce packages) peanut butter chips
  • 1 - can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 1/8 - teaspoon salt
  • 1 - cup chopped walnuts
  • 1-1/2 - teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Line 13x9x2-inch pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan.

  1. In large microwave-safe bowl, add peanut butter chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute and stir.
  2. Microwave an additional 15 to 30 seconds or just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
  3. Stir in walnuts and vanilla. Immediately spread evenly in prepared pan.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Use foil to lift fudge out of pan; place on cutting board.
  6. Peel off foil.
  7. With cookie cutters, cut into favorite shapes.
  8. Store tightly covered in cool, dry place.
