Ingredients
- 2-1/4 - cups semi-sweet chips

1 - can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk

1 - cup miniature marshmallows

1-1/2 - teaspoons vanilla

1 - cup walnuts, chopped

Dash of salt
Directions
Line 8 inch square pan with wax paper.
Stove Top
- In a heavy saucepan, mix chocolate chips, sweetened condensed
milk, and marshmallows.
- Over medium heat, stir constantly until
mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla, walnuts and
salt.
- Pour fudge mixture into pan.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours, or
until firm.
- Cut into squares.
Microwave
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips, sweetened
condensed milk and marshmallows.
- Heat on medium (50% power) for 30
seconds and stir.
- Repeat process until mixture is smooth.
- Stir in
vanilla, walnuts and salt.
- Pour mixture into pan.
- Refrigerate for
2 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into squares.
- Store at room
temperature.
