Snickerdoodle Ice Cream

about 8 (1/2-cup) servings

Ingredients
- 1/2 - cup sugar
- 1/2 - cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 - teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 - teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 - cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1-1/2 - cups Half & Half
- 1-1/2 - teaspoons vanilla
Directions
- In a medium bowl, add sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Stir in whipping cream, half & half and vanilla.
- Pour into 1-quart ice cream freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer's directions (40 to 60 minutes).
Alan’s Kitchen Tip:
Double the ingredients in the recipe if using a 2-quart ice cream
freezer.
