Snickerdoodle Ice Cream
Makes about 8 (1/2-cup) servings

Ingredients

• 1/2 - cup sugar
• 1/2 - cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 - teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/8 - teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 2 - cups Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1-1/2 - cups Half & Half
• 1-1/2 - teaspoons vanilla

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, add sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2. Stir in whipping cream, half & half and vanilla.
3. Pour into 1-quart ice cream freezer.

Alan’s Kitchen Tip:
Double the ingredients in the recipe if using a 2-quart ice cream freezer.
