Ice Cream and Frozen Dessert Recipes from AlansKitchen.comIngredients

  • 1 - can (15-1/4 or 20 ounce) Pineapple Chunks or Tidbits In Its Own Juice
  • 3 to 4 - Tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 - Tablespoon butter, melted
  • Vanilla ice cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 450� F.

  1. Spread pineapple with 3 tablespoons juice in 2-quart baking dish. 
  2. Sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with butter. 
  3. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned. 
  4. Spoon hot pineapple over ice cream and serve immediately.
