Ice Cream and Other Frozen Treat Recipes
Apple Juice Sorbet
Makes 1 quart.

Ingredients

• 1 - can (12 ounces) frozen apple juice concentrate, partially defrosted

• 2 - cup water

• 2 - Tablespoon lemon juice

• 1/3 - cup light corn syrup

1. In a blender or food processor, add the apple juice, water, lemon juice, and corn syrup. Process until smooth. 

2. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to freeze. 

3. Pour into the ice cream maker.

Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
