Ingredients

  • 1 - can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 - cup peanut butter
  • 1-1/4 - cups Cookies Vanilla Wafers (finely ground)
  • 1 - cup flaked coconut
  • 1 - cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 - teaspoon vanilla
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Dry roasted peanuts

Directions

  1. In medium bowl whisk together milk and peanut butter. Stir in cookie crumbs, coconut, 1 cup peanuts and vanilla.
  2. Press into well-greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350�F about 40 minutes or until nearly set.
  4. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Cut into squares.
  5. Top each square with scoop of ice cream.
  6. Sprinkle with additional peanuts.
  7. Serve immediately.
