Ingredients
- 1-1/2 - cups flour
- 12 - CHIPS AHOY! Real
Chocolate Chip Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/4
cups)
- 1 - Tablespoon Baking
Powder
- 1/2 - teaspoon baking
soda
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 3 - Tablespoon cold margarine
or butter
- 1 - cup vanilla low-fat
yogurt
- 1-1/2 - quarts (6 cups)
vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 - cup Hot Fudge

- 1-1/2 - cups thawed Whipped

Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F. and
grease baking sheet.
- Mix flour, cookie crumbs,
baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
- Cut in margarine with pastry
blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse
crumbs.
- Stir in yogurt.
- Place dough on
well-floured surface. Knead 20 times.
- Roll out to 3/4-inch
thickness.
- Cut into 12 rounds, using
2-1/2-inch round or other shaped biscuit cutter, rerolling
dough scraps as necessary.
- Place, 2 inches apart, on
greased baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 min. or
until lightly browned.
- Cool completely on wire
rack.
- Split biscuits just before
serving.
- Place scoop of ice cream on
bottom half of each biscuit.
- Top evenly with the fudge
topping and whipped topping. Cover with tops of
biscuits.
- Serve immediately.
