Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 - cups flour 
  • 12 - CHIPS AHOY! Real Chocolate Chip Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups) 
  • 1 - Tablespoon Baking Powder 
  • 1/2 - teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1/2 - teaspoon salt 
  • 3 - Tablespoon cold margarine or butter 
  • 1 - cup vanilla low-fat yogurt 
  • 1-1/2 - quarts (6 cups) vanilla ice cream 
  • 1/2 - cup Hot Fudge Microwavable Sundae Topping 
  • 1-1/2 - cups thawed Whipped Topping

Directions

Preheat oven to 450�F. and grease baking sheet.

  1. Mix flour, cookie crumbs, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
  2. Cut in margarine with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. 
  3. Stir in yogurt. 
  4. Place dough on well-floured surface. Knead 20 times. 
  5. Roll out to 3/4-inch thickness.  
  6. Cut into 12 rounds, using 2-1/2-inch round or other shaped biscuit cutter, rerolling dough scraps as necessary. 
  7. Place, 2 inches apart, on greased baking sheet. 
  8. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned. 
  9. Cool completely on wire rack. 
  10. Split biscuits just before serving. 
  11. Place scoop of ice cream on bottom half of each biscuit.
  12. Top evenly with the fudge topping and whipped topping. Cover with tops of biscuits. 
  13. Serve immediately.
