Ingredients

  • 1 - box Betty Crocker� Supreme brownie mix (with chocolate syrup pouch)
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for in brownie mix directions
  • 1/2 - gallon ice cream (any flavor)
  • 1-1/2 - cups Hershey's caramel syrup
  • pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350�F.

  1. Make brownies as directed on box for 13x9-inch pan. Cool at least 30 minutes. For 24 brownies, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
  2. Top each brownie with 1/3 cup ice cream
  3. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon caramel syrup.
  4. Top with pecans.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Follow High Altitude brownie mix directions.
Alan's Kitchen Tip:
To make cleanup and cutting brownies easier, line the baking pan with Reynolds Wrap� Release� non-stick aluminum foil.
