Chocolate Cheese Pie

Chilling Time: overnight
Ingredients:
- 1 package (6-ounce)
semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 package (-ounces) cream
cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 cup cream, whipped, or
1 package (2-ounce) dessert topping
- 1 graham cracker crust
(9-inch)
Directions:
- Over hot water, melt chocolate. Cool 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese, 1/2-cup brown
sugar, salt, and vanilla.
- Beat in egg yolks (1 at a time).
- Beat in cooled chocolate.
- In a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
- Beat in 1/4-cup brown sugar. Beat until stiff and
glossy.
- Fold chocolate mixture into beaten whites.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour into prepared crust.
- Chill overnight.
